Zero Training - CEO is Unbearable - Web Developer Footbridge Media Employee Review

CEO has ZERO people/management skills. Will yell - actually yell - at you in front of everyone and has no problem dropping F-Bombs in your direction from across the office. No training on how to do things the "Footbridge" way, so be ready to be made an example of when you mess up. They lowball you, no matter the position. Don't expect any kind of decent raise. Watch out for the "buddy" network; if you're not in that circle, you're just a body in a chair.
