      Working with patients who are struggling with substance use disorders

      Cons

      The multiple lawsuits that dragged this company down. They have lost almost all of their credibility in Illinois. Don't get me wrong, they have some good staff but ownership has been horrible over the last 2 years.

      Nice people, good work-life balance

      Cons

      No career growth opportunities at all. They just give you more work to do with nothing on your end to show for it but a paper promotion. It's insulting. The pay is also lackluster, as is the health insurance plan.
