Excellent - Therapist Footprints to Recovery Employee Review

I get to help people get well. Recovery is hard work and we can't do it for them, but what we can do is offer a place, a plan and a people willing to help busted people find hope, help and healing.

The cons are that not all sick folk are ready, willing or tired enough to pick up the tools and fight. Let's face reality, there's no magic wand or quick and easy. They can't do it for their wife, kids,parents, or judge, they have to want it and willing to go to any lengths to get it. We can sow seeds in the ones not ready and pray they survive long enough to get ready, and be there if and when they do, but you can not make anyone ready.

Nice people, good work-life balance

No career growth opportunities at all. They just give you more work to do with nothing on your end to show for it but a paper promotion. It's insulting. The pay is also lackluster, as is the health insurance plan.
