Pros
Everything written in there job ad is such an ideal job for people who are in the arts industry, as it is hard to find work for dancing/ teaching during the day.
Cons
Was not met with financially acceptable amount of hours, for example in this 11 week term i was given a total of 7 days work. I was told budget was not big enough to staff the amount of instructors we have, yet the other instructors had plenty of work. They are now hiring again, which just questions, was there really budget problems or just needing to get rid of people who stand up for what they deserve.
