1. Terrible salary if you are starting at the entry level/ do not have a degree from renowned institution. 2. One of the most laid back HR I have seen in recent times. HR needs to be more empathetic and needs to start treating all employees, including the younger lot with the same respect that they give the mid-senior level employees. Most HR care about keeping the senior management happy in order to safeguard their own appraisals. 3. The male employees need to be sensitised towards female employees. A lot of female employees were uncomfortable with the 'lunch table conversations'.
