      Good organisation for short-medium term employment

      Pros

      1.The organisation tries to follow an open door policy with regards communication. 2. Good scope for growth from entry level to mid-senior level across all departments, even if it is very, very slow. 3. A 9-5 culture with decent work-life balance, unless your manager is a workaholic.

      Cons

      1. Terrible salary if you are starting at the entry level/ do not have a degree from renowned institution. 2. One of the most laid back HR I have seen in recent times. HR needs to be more empathetic and needs to start treating all employees, including the younger lot with the same respect that they give the mid-senior level employees. Most HR care about keeping the senior management happy in order to safeguard their own appraisals. 3. The male employees need to be sensitised towards female employees. A lot of female employees were uncomfortable with the 'lunch table conversations'.

      You can learn how to do aggressive marketing & sales of technical product.

      Business Learning is good and you can share your idea n forked experience with any one in the company easily

      Cons

      For Sales Engineer Most Of The Your Time will be pass in the field. Due to which your improvement of your own knowledge will be stagnant . That will be realise after two year that knowledge part is lagging.
