      Pros

      It is a great company with good values, good salary and benefits. Overall I'm grateful to be working on this company Ford.

      Cons

      When the RTO policy began, I noticed a general performance decrease within the team and myself, the work-life balance is non-existent at this point. The GTBC is far away from the city, and the commute is aprox 1-2 hrs depending on the traffic.

      Pros

      Nice benefits, Stable job. Management is mostly hands-off, allowing you to do your work and let the results speak for themselves.

      Cons

      Too much middle management. Return to work requires in office 4 days a week. Should have better system for converting purchased service employees to Ford direct employees.
