Pros
Great pay for MI, decent benefits, management lease program is great value, I’m lucky and work for a very steady-handed director. Good opportunity for fast promotions if you don’t care about delivering valuable work and can just brown nose your way up the chain.
Cons
Exec leadership is the worst I’ve ever seen. Horrible lack of accountability at the C-suite level for strategic missteps (EVs) and poor performance. Most of middle management is hyper-woke/DEI-captured and values empathetic approach to doing work rather than results or merit - this shows in the financial results each quarter.
