Mid-transformation, with theoretical upside if you stick it out until 2030...you work on very cool products, and it's enjoyable to see so many people USE the vehicles Ford produces every day.
Cons
Focused more on output metrics than people right now, makes work feel like a laundry list of tasks and to-dos, without much gratitude on the back-end.
