I appreciate the opportunity to respond to your review as a former employee from 2017. I believe and other reviews show that Chariot has made great strides since you were part of the team. We've worked hard to address many concerns from work/life balance to culture -- our largely new leadership and tech teams are committed to quality, respect, development and improvement and I've seen a great deal of positive change just in 2018 alone. I imagine you'd notice a significantly new atmosphere if you visited us today. We value teamwork above all else and I am sorry that your experience was so different. Like so many startups and companies "growing up," we too have gone through iterations and I am confident that our future holds even more promise for momentum and success!
