Thank you for your review in 2016 as a former employee. I am glad that there were elements of your role which were positive and mirror other reviewers' experiences as well -- teamwork and the ability to make an impact are so important in any job. I am confident that the other areas of concern have been or are being addressed as top priorities by our largely new leadership team. We now have market-competitive PTO and other benefits and continue to try to identify ways to make them even better! I also want to note, we do not and will not ask or require employees to submit a positive company review and I am very sorry to hear that was asked of you. The benefit of Glassdoor is receiving unbiased and honest feedback so that we can do better as a company. I agree that the other items you've listed including leaders trusting the team and asking for employees feedback are essential to the success of any company -- this is always a good reminder for our leaders. I appreciate the opportunity to respond to your review as a former employee from 2017. I believe and other reviews show that Chariot has made great strides since you were part of the team. We've worked hard to address many concerns from work/life balance to culture -- our largely new leadership and tech teams are committed to quality, respect, development and improvement and I've seen a great deal of positive change just in 2018 alone. I imagine you'd notice a significantly new atmosphere if you visited us today. We value teamwork above all else and I am sorry that your experience was so different. Like so many startups and companies "growing up," we too have gone through iterations and I am confident that our future holds even more promise for momentum and success!
