- Very poor utility rate in some divisions - Unskilled senior staff - Salary model strains innovation and work outside billable hours - focus is only on getting consultants staffed and not on how to develop the company to better face client needs - Old school type of "CV - consulting" has not changed since the start, making current bad market situation hit the company very hard - An amateur company compared to other management consulting firms, nobody takes them seriously. Deals are not won and consultants being put on bench for forever - many skilled people are leaving
