      Great culture, a bit weird salary model

      Pros

      Great culture with good people. Not competative internally at all! You have the opportunity to be very entrepreneurial. Dont have "consulting ladder" so you can fast track but also stand still if you dont improve. Wont get anything for free.

      Cons

      A lot of contractor and Interim jobs. Have exiting consulting cases as well but bread and butter is interim still.

      Forefront has a really great and easy going culture, also good WLB.

      Cons

      The salary model is a bit strange. Most people that leave usually quits because of it
