Pros

Fast-paced environment with significant opportunity for professional growth. Not your average workers' company insurance MGA - has a clear vision to differentiate itself. Listens to and values its employees. Opportunity to learn and grow with the company. Willing to evaluate and adjust to achieve results. Procedures evolve quickly with as the company grows. Focus on technology to improve internal processes and metrix.

Cons

Fast-paced environment due to age of company.

Pros

Foresight is genuinely one of the most future-focused companies I’ve worked for. The mission to improve workplace safety through better insurance is more than just words. You see it in the technology, the strategy, and most importantly, the people. Leadership encourages ideas, supports flexibility, and respects work-life balance. The team is smart, collaborative, and motivated, and there’s a shared sense of building something meaningful in a traditionally slow-moving industry. It’s a rare blend of startup energy with industry credibility.

Cons

It’s a high-growth environment, so things can move fast and priorities shift quickly. If you’re someone who thrives with a lot of structure and predictability, it might take some adjusting. That said, the team is transparent and communicative.

Pros

Remote work. Co-workers. Nothing else. Literally nothing.

Cons

Everything in every since one of these 1 Star reviews going back 2+ years There is a common denominator in the HIGH turnover, and it is NOT those who've left Cultural nightmare Surely David Fontain is simply in this to build, cut costs, and SELL - or at least I hope so...makes no sense otherwise
