      Pros

      Great co-workers....all great talent and willing to help grow a start up.....that's about it....if it wasn't for my co-workers, I would had left a long time ago. They made working bearable.

      Cons

      EVERYTHING: Leaders have their heads so far up the clouds, they couldn't run the company properly. They over spend on needless cool merch, trips, sponsorships etc. But did not spend the money to build out a PROPER INFRASTRUCTURE. They were not ready to sell but they pushed forward with lot of patch up work in the back end. BROKERS were not happy. Employees were the ones that had to answer to the BROKERS. Just know if you decide to work here.....just know that it's unstable with lack of accountability from the top.

      Pros

      There are none, they killed the culture which was the only pro.

      Cons

      Layoffs in Oct 2022 only for them to turn around and post new postings. Executives decided to start selling insurance before their processes were built out. Billing is a disaster, agents are angry about commissions not being paid, claims is a joke, morale is low, turnover is high, and if the DOI ever audits this place god helps whoever is still there.

      Pros

      None at all. They over hired to let everyone go months later.

      Cons

      Very poorly run. The head of the company and department are clueless and do not care about people. Everyone was lied to about what the job entailed and we’re given completely different tasks and duties, which one were to lie to insureds and brokers. Very very shady company run by even very shady people. Potential employees, brokers, and insureds beware!
