A lot of potential... but not such a great experience - Director Foresight Factory Employee Review

- Management not ready to listen (despite saying they're very open to feedback) - Can easily get overworked + zero appreciation for it from management - Change of priorities every 3-6 months; lack of follow-through to implement changes and/or new offering. Lack of strategic focus - No clear career path - Office atmosphere at times a bit 'clique' (by the admission of many); it's not obvious to fit in and make friends
