      A lot of potential... but not such a great experience

      Pros

      - Content of the job / working with trends is great - Stimulating conversations with colleagues, ideation about the future/new trends - Central London offices

      Cons

      - Management not ready to listen (despite saying they're very open to feedback) - Can easily get overworked + zero appreciation for it from management - Change of priorities every 3-6 months; lack of follow-through to implement changes and/or new offering. Lack of strategic focus - No clear career path - Office atmosphere at times a bit 'clique' (by the admission of many); it's not obvious to fit in and make friends

      Pros

      The junior to mid level people are friendly and hardworking. Opportunities to work with some big brands.

      Cons

      Be ready to be bullied out of the company if you aren't white and the CEOs/ senior leadership team don't like you. Lack of professional ethics and pretty much morally deprived as we witnessed the horrendous things they did to some ex colleagues. Poorly managed company that hasn't grown in size at all, long-term clients constantly feedback on the worsening output, no training nor career progression opportunities.

We are saddened by the review and we disagree very strongly with the claims. We take feedback from both current and ex-employees very seriously and pride ourselves on being a reflective company that embraces change. For example, as a result of engagement with existing and former colleagues, we have developed the career development, progression and reward structures for our graduate hires. So far, the feedback from staff has been positive.

      Pros

      The day to day work is interesting with a lot of exposure to clients.

      Cons

      Very disorganised and inefficient, promotion and salary progression are arbitrary, managers have no training and investment is wasted on bad projects, money is not constructively spent.
