I come from several decades of telematics experience with very large companies. I chose to move to foresight around 5 months ago and I can say it is a breath of fresh air. Fast paced, exceptional teamwork and drive to advance within the industry. No stagnation here and you CAN make a difference | feel accomplished. I stand by that. While I was well settled in my previous role, I do not regret a move here at all and would make the move again in a heartbeat. I hope other talented individuals take a hard look when exploring job opportunities and join our growing team.

The biggest con is the difficulty finding good people to fill critical roles. Many get settled into their current role for many reasons and end up afraid to make a move. I get that, I was there too. Keep your options open and explore this company. Don't be afraid to take a leap. With this, good people will only help us in our pace to be ever better. I hope you see this and we get to work together here soon!
