Working at Forge Biologics has been a fantastic and rewarding experience for me for almost 5 years. I work with talented and passionate colleagues every day, and we all have an impact on therapies that can alter a patient's life for the better. It is a meaningful, motivating and fun place to work!

I work mostly remotely, and while that works for me, I also wish I could be onsite at Forge more often to collaborate with my amazing colleagues in person!

- 6 years of non-stop, unfettered chaos. There's never a sense of regular work around here, just urgent situations and complex and expensive workarounds. - Recognition at Forge based on visibility and popularity more than quality of work - Many employees are held unaccountable for poor job performance or even refusal to do certain tasks. - Alarmingly high turnover rate. So many good people have left because of the chaotic pace at Forge. - Company used to preach work-life balance early on, but it's the opposite now. Bottom line matters most to the company. - Communication silos and single-threadedness (a small portion of the company does the majority of the work. Vast troves of untapped new employees with little to do).
