Pros

Everything I loved about the company was sucked away by the CEO and his henchmen from Oracle. Great job! Series E Funding is nothing to celebrate. IPO should have happened by Series C. Take notes.

Cons

Where to start? ForgeRock WAS a great company until the change of leadership. Now it has become a playground for Oracle "talent". Makes me chuckle thinking that the answer to the problems is Oracle. Last year sales success was a couple of net new logos and celebrating wins from current customers that the legacy team sold. Product is mediocre, except for acquiring technologies ForgeRock becomes partners and the platform is a Frankenstein solution. ForgeRock is also the only company I know to give people titles that they don't deserve. I have had the pleasure to work with many Sr. and Executive titles that have no business with that title. Marketing is a joke, Leadership is joke, Sales is a joke, and the Oracle mentality is a joke. ForgeRock celebrates and approves articles that say ForgeRock is benefiting from COVID. People are dying and being laid off and you celebrate the success? No class, as expected.

Pros

The culture at ForgeRock was truly special. There was a genuine sense of collaboration and a compassion toward employees. Leadership was transparent, and the commitment to personal growth and clear communication made it a fantastic place to build a career. Working on global initiatives like TechConnect showed how much the company valued every individual's voice.

Cons

Rapid growth and the eventual merger brought about inevitable shifts in structure, which can be challenging for those who thrive in a more stable environment.
