      very stable company to work for. most of my superiors respect my opinions. 4 weeks of vacation good benefits Profitable company means 401K matching!

      Cons

      salary/wages could stand to be a bit higher. Pension plan needs to be more aggresive. sometimes difficult to weed out the "dead weight" evaluation method could use an upgrade or revision

      Pros

      Good wage for starter mech engineer. Easy apply, and not bad benefit. A lot experience and equipment type you can learn. Relationship with colleague is ease

      Cons

      bad management system. frequent or unpredictable changes in policy. Current policy to get approval form TW is hard and ref to FORMOSA stock Technically no life if your are mech engineer in unit.
