Great atmosphere. Everyone helps each other grow and learn. Flex able hours. Bosses you can go to and talk to. Learning opportunities to. The culture is better than any company I've ever worked for.
Cons
It is a big company and although it has a smaller family like work atmosphere there is a cooperate side.
