The clients are amazing. You get to meet a variety of people and learn about a multitude of mental disorders.
Cons
Poor management. HR does not care about employees. Do not bother filing an HR complaint, because they will not return any of your emails or show any signs of concern for you. They also do not pay nearly enough for the amount of work they expect you to do. $14 an hour to take care of 15+ clients with diverse needs is simply not enough. It is obvious that this company is in it for the money.
