The new leadership gave incentives for employees to leave positive reviews. Don’t buy it. Truth is that it is the most toxic and unethical company I have ever experienced.

Cons

It’s hard to explain. Basically what I can tell you is that everyone that works there is looking for other jobs. Everyone in administration and leadership has left with the exception of the CEO and his right hand. They are bad people. I can assure you that you will only regret being a part of that organization. They should not be in business, and will likely not be much longer. I urge you to not help them prolong their life in this industry; they compromise the integrity of the entire behavioral health field.

The clients are amazing. You get to meet a variety of people and learn about a multitude of mental disorders.

Cons

Poor management. HR does not care about employees. Do not bother filing an HR complaint, because they will not return any of your emails or show any signs of concern for you. They also do not pay nearly enough for the amount of work they expect you to do. $14 an hour to take care of 15+ clients with diverse needs is simply not enough. It is obvious that this company is in it for the money.
