Our campus administration is fantastic. Supportive, helpful, kind, everything we need.
Cons
Immediate district support is lacking and often disrespectful. We have not received a raise in four years, despite tackling more and more workload successfully.
Our role has a salary range, and NO ONE is considered for the high end, even those with many more years of experience. Why bother publishing a range when you only give employees the low end? And this with a masters degree?
