      kind and encouraging coworkers beautiful location low-drama non-toxic work environment you can work up the ladder, but will take a long time

      Cons

      somewhat out of touch with sf arts scene hesitant to hire more staff when it's clearly needed potential to work up the ladder, but the timeline is long

      Located in a beautiful setting and a really laid back atmosphere. The people were nice and it felt like a little family.

      Cons

      Far too much disorganization among management. What was going on in management was not usually effectively communicated to the rest of the staff
