      ability to see a lot of events beautiful location

      Offend time it is overcrowded Communication between upper management and managers is not always clear Hours are not normal 8-5

      Pros

      Great events and for the most part friendly employees. It's good for people right out of high school looking for a job that will give you hours.

      Cons

      Broken Gear or no gear. High turn over. Night shifts til 6 a.m. No defined roll, you are expected to do everything from setting up sound to garbage.

      Located in a beautiful setting and a really laid back atmosphere. The people were nice and it felt like a little family.

      Cons

      Far too much disorganization among management. What was going on in management was not usually effectively communicated to the rest of the staff
