Pros

Smart co workers who know what they are doing independently. If you are proactive you'll do well. Truly kind people that care about you're wellness and health. Not a sweat shop.

Cons

Project based clients only, literally grabbing anything that comes in with much desperation. Don't know the value of their employees. There was unpredictable forecasting without much transparency. They put people on furlough out of nowhere, pretended like the business was fine but clearly new it wasn't, . Owners are very kind, but not in how they run the business... seems like they have never been in a consultancy or agency and have never run a company before. Work is done in compartments with little collaboration outside of expertise, concentrate too much on individuals winning and not teams. They are in an identity crisis, not an agency, not a tech shop, not a consultancy, but clearly an ad agency.

Pros

Good people, doing very smart and quality work. Portfolio has a nice balance of B2B and B2C client work. When the industry struggled over the last two years, the CEO took zero pay in effort to protect the team as long as possible. We still had to do layoffs, but leadership showed real concern and effort to keep the team together.

Cons

In the past, leadership experimented with new ideas, products and services. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't, but these experiments made the company too broad for it's size, and took away from building depth in our core competencies/services. That said, the company has recentered it's focus has become a lot more efficient.

Pros

Glad to have gotten paid through a talent agency.

Cons

CEO forgot to mute his microphone to talk trash about my work despite me following the direction of the creative director.
