      Pros

      The pros for working at Fortegra: free lunch. The CEO likes to threaten to take them away so do not count on this in the future.

      Cons

      Your mental health may be affected. This company prides itself on integrity, however everyone is not treated equally. Discrimination is very prevalent and so are the political views within the company. If you want to be micromanaged and chained to your desk for 8 hours a day, this is the place for you. I could not get out fast enough!

      Free lunch to offset the cost.

      Cons

      Horrible Benefits to where I had to pay higher expenses up front to meet my deductible. Never had to do that before. Work environment is extremely stressful and high pressure. People are silently sick both physically and mentally but are afraid to take time off for fear of reprisal or having more work being assigned when they return.
