Pros
It's an ESOP company, so you feel like you have a vested interest in how the company performs. The CEO provides a full financial overview monthly to all staff, so you get to see how the company is performing. Really cool insights.
Cons
For a small company, the turnover is rather high, and it creates stress with the employees. As a small company, there are not a lot of promotion opportunities. They try to promote, but there's not a lot of room. They are very lean.
