Pros
Family owned company, who cares about the people who work for them. Upper management has good communication, and overall transparency on company progress/success. Because the company is small, everyone plays a valuable and measurable role. Tuition reimbursement is available. Good benefits. Very busy work environment, if you aren't slacking off, makes the day go by quickly. Good communication overall between departments. Owners and upper management are friendly and approachable. One of the core concepts is loyalty and they are loyal to those who are loyal to them in my opinion. Another is integrity also of which is shown to you if you display the same trait. Good company to work for if you are looking for a long term career and not just a job that pays the bills.
Cons
Not much to say here really other than that the work-life balance can be a bit poor/difficult at times, but not always, and Im still very happy and I have been with the company a very long time.
