      The technology is pretty cool Great work life balance Great coworkers

      Cons

      Location isn't around enough things to be worth the commute Not much innovation compared to other companies offering similar platforms Having a layoff two weeks before Christmas is also pretty sucky

      Pros

      Had a great time at Fortify. The people were outstanding, worked hard and then have fun outside of work! The work was interesting and innovative and they place a lot of trust in their junior employees

      Cons

      Being a startup, it is naturally busy and less structured than other jobs
