      It was great until I was laid off

      Passionate team comprised of incredibly smart hardworking individuals Pay, work/life balance, and perks were great

      Cons

      Extremely poor management of spend by leadership which lead to around 20% of the team being laid off

      The technology is pretty cool Great work life balance Great coworkers

      Cons

      Location isn't around enough things to be worth the commute Not much innovation compared to other companies offering similar platforms Having a layoff two weeks before Christmas is also pretty sucky
