Tons of opportunity, Fast growth, Great Culture, awesome Coworkers. The company recently opened the New York office, their first office in the United States. GP has a startup vibe with the backing and resources of a highly respected European Consulting firm.

Majority of the company is in Germany, can be a little difficult at times to take care of internals (401K, Expense reimbursement)

Great company events; tight-knit and fun among juniors (go on vacation together, hang out outside of work); smart and engaging employees; international atmosphere; compensation is good

Clear favoritism and extremely political in the more senior levels; incredibly misogynistic culture - pressure for women to act a certain way or be labeled uptight/stiff; awkward market positioning often leading to a lack of projects (too good for small projects, but too small for good projects); projects limited to a handful of industries and key clients
