      Poor value proposition for consultants, actually not consulting but only private equity advisory in Italy

      Friendly and collaborative juniors team spirit; international firm with inspiring and amazing consulting culture shaping gp Germany and other office excluding gp Milan;

      Cons

      Local culture and positioning of gp Milan not in line with gp in other countries (mainly Germany): -very limited project portfolio of Milan office, focus only on due diligence; -poor, unstructured and not trasparent hr and performance evalutation processes; -inefficient time management, long working hours with no point; -very limited exposure to client; -hierarchical people management performed by local management team, no interest in people professional development

      By far the worst place to work for in Milan: - low salary - very long working hour (even weekend and night included) - no learning opportunity - bad management and environment - no treatment like a person - no communication, no transparency How can I say in few words? They treat you like their slave I really suggest to choose another employer, for example Big 4 are better: same salary, but better management and work life balance and above all they will treat you like a human being, not a slaves!

      Excellent culture, great global opportunities

      Pros

      Amazing culture, incredibly nice people (somewhat hard to find elsewhere in consulting), the Company offers significant occasion to join (very) global projects. Working hours can vary, but overall acceptable.

      Cons

      It is a boutique, with a clear German core. It is easy to get stuck in repetitive streams (private equity practice, transformation/ cost cutting activities).
