You have way too many training classes/meetings every day. Takes away from your job abs patients. Corporate hoops to jump thru are many. Hiring team only looks for people from the neck down. You only need a heartbeat to get in. Expensive benefits, no 401k match, lack of vacation. Pass on this company as it's owned by Heartland dental, a monster dental company pushing $$$ Not patient care.
