Your unpaid overtime is a problem to claim back 6. Visual merchandising and marketing is completely unorganised and you will be adjusting constantly 7. Continual bad decisions by head office and cuts to quality of product resulted in year on year loss, 0 growth, and store managers and retail teams bare the brunt of blame despite not being given the tools to succeed.
