Pros
An amazing brand to work with in an awesome home office facility. Very casual environment, chef on site, exercise facility, awesome discounts. Great people on board and can be a pretty fun environment given the time of year.
Cons
Current Management and Executives have substantially changed the culture in place. Lack of trust of the people they hired to do the job. No longer a small company feel but instead going very corporate and borderline backstabbing. Poor communication from upper management on go forward plans and change doesn't happen quickly, unless it comes to layoffs. Inconsistency in focus and outlook.
