- Top management lack a sense of humility, particularly in regards to oversea opportunities (they think people should crawl to their platform because they have money) - Low pay (apparently founders believe people should come here for "growth opportunities", not "for money") - Unstructured in a bad way. Internal teams competing for resources, sometimes even for deals - Political risk . founder apparently "disappeared" for a few days in late 2015 due to government investigation. It certainly could happen again and it is questionable if it did whether the founder will be able to emerge without harm
