global platform, ambitious expansion plan

Cons

- Top management lack a sense of humility, particularly in regards to oversea opportunities (they think people should crawl to their platform because they have money) - Low pay (apparently founders believe people should come here for "growth opportunities", not "for money") - Unstructured in a bad way. Internal teams competing for resources, sometimes even for deals - Political risk . founder apparently "disappeared" for a few days in late 2015 due to government investigation. It certainly could happen again and it is questionable if it did whether the founder will be able to emerge without harm

no structure. unrealistic expectations from management. internal competition. supporting teams are not supporting deal teams.

1. The company has a BIG balance sheet (but not your share). 2. HR people are generally nice and helpful.

Cons

1. Be prepared for an attitude and people judging you behind your back. 2. Their New York office looks like a cover but not a decent company in operation.
