-Misguided direction on where to take the company--it's like leadership is throwing darts blindly in a dark room hoping things work -Disconnects amongst the teams in the organization which causes strife in communication, efficiency, and work -The feeling of support dwindles after the "honeymoon period" of starting at FoundHuman -You can be thrown into chaos without direction or guidance from leadership, then blamed if anything goes wrong -Lots of promises; never any follow through -Implementation of new technology or processes is often times unplanned and impulsive -More focus on business rather than employees
