Company was sold right before COVID. Executives were paid out millions.(Estee, Susan) I’ve been with the company since 2012 and didn’t see a dime. Two months after the sale I was given a 1.3% raise.. that’s how FS values it’s longtime employees. Just recently, we received merit bonuses. I received a smaller amount than someone in a lower position in the same department who’s been here for 1.5 years. I’ve put a lot of time and effort into this company and they don’t recognize the hard work. Do better FS
