In regard to pay and benefits, we evaluate our compensation and benefits package annually and strive to stay competitive with the market. As our organization continues to grow rapidly, we have worked to standardize processes across each division to support our employees and to provide consistent quality service to our customers. All employees should feel confident that they have support from leadership. The current leadership team is invested in growing and supporting all divisions.
