Pros
I joined Four as a graduate consultant with no prior experience. It is a values led recruitment agency which makes it different from many others and has a great company culture of respect. From day 1 a massive amount of time is invested in your training directly from the company owners. It's an open plan and modern office without hierarchy meaning trainees can be sitting next to directors. The exposure is fantastic for anyone curious about the commercial world. For senior consultants, Four is collaborative and you can make your mark on the business - even launching new recruitment divisions. The company benefits are good, holidays, hybrid working, staff socials, well being events and trips.
Cons
The hours can be long as with any recruitment business but they're enjoyable with a great commission structure and incentives. As a 360 consultant you get out what you put into it so you'll need to be a hard worker!
