Pros

Career development opportunities and commission structure are clear and transparent. Training is second to none, especially if you are a grad just starting out and need to learn the ropes. They have a very strong brand considering they are up against some of the big players in Manchester and this is through the directors still playing a vital role in business development - they work as hard as you!! Amazing rewards including team days/nights out. Excellent earning potential

Cons

Long hours can be a struggle and maintaining a good work-life balance can be challenging at times but then thats recruitment as a whole. Work hard play hard.

Pros

Some really good support and the training was excellent. Really liked a couple of the team. Location and office are great and well thought out.

Cons

Very much money focused and as it's a family business, they expect you to work some very long hours. Also, when being shouted at, I was made to feel like a child. Over 15 staff left in a year and more than one was made to cry by one of the directors. It's very clicky, if your face doesn't fit and you don't have the right brand of clothing, then you'll never be a part of the 'team'.
