Pros
Free meals, decent pay, good benefits, complimentary nights (if you can get them). Beautiful properties. A lot of great people working with you.
Cons
Disrespect, a lot of stress, gaps in communication, bad leadership. Everything is taken for granted. Golden rule is never applied

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of your time working with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. We are glad that you were able to benefit from our complimentary rooms, and enjoyed the meals and other employee benefits. We agree that we work with some pretty fantastic people!
We strive to create a great place to work for all of our employees, but it sounds like we fell short in some places for you. We try to provide avenues for employees to share their feedback during their time with us via our Open Door Policy, Engagement Surveys, Town Hall meetings etc., We would welcome more details about how we might have made your time with us better so that we can improve by contacting your local HR team.
Sincerely,
Alexandra

Very friendly staff. Straightforward job with good pay. Overall an enjoyable job.
Cons
Inconsistent hours. Burnout can occur if you're looking for something easy. Other than that its pretty much exactly what you'd expect. Good job to have.
Great immediate management (up to department head), good travel benefits (although not as good as previous years), health insurance excellent. Travel benefits are nice when you can use them. Become better at what do you, but with an emotional cost.
Cons
Toooo profit heavy and want to please owners versus staff, worklife balance needs improvement although it's getting there. Pulse Survey results need to be taken more seriously by PC and not put on department heads and asssitant managers, need accountability on PC to action. Terrible employee meals, especially if not AM Monday through Friday. Poor corporate ELT team since post covid times.
