Pros
Health insurance from the parent company was decent and they were very cautious with pandemic and allowed folks to work from home. Nothing more.
Cons
Pennies for raises. After several years ended up with maybe 20 cents more after putting in an extreme effort. Employees used like an assembly line and no matter what you do it’s not enough. Certain management and former employees treated their team and colleagues like trash. Truly a toxic environment and would avoid at all cost.
