Pros
Most newsroom staffers are pleasant and easy to work with despite the high stress environment of local tv news.
Cons
Newsroom management is bad from the news director on down. Turnover is high and there’s a staffing shortage on a daily basis. It used to be better but management has really gone downhill over the past several years.
