Pros
The Partners overseeing the office were truly wonderful and understanding. You knew they had your back. The benefits and leave time were excellent.
Cons
Unfortunately this is common for the industry, more paralegal and reporting support was needed. There was no immediate access to reporting as this required permission from Data Team. If they didn’t update your settings then you had to manually ask for reports and try to pull the data you needed from there rather than creating your own formatting. Paralegals were spread thin due to overturn and inheriting cases.
