Pros
There are several pros I've experienced in my short time including professional development, very fast paced environment that provides the perfect opportunity for individuals that like to hit the ground running, empowerment to manage responsibilities, friendly staff, and opportunities to make a real difference.
Cons
Nothing is ever perfect, anywhere an individual may be employed, and there are plenty of opportunities for this company to grow and mature. What may seem like a con today, building structures and processes from the ground up, will be worth it and a pro in the near future if you are the patient and persistent type and willing to invest in what needs to be done.
